How do I use my diffuser?

All diffusers are simple to use and are USB powered, making them travel-proof and internationally compatible with all electricity voltages and adaptors. Simply add tap water to (or below) the fill line and add a few drops of your favourite essential oil. Make sure to empty old water between uses — don't just keep adding new oil to old water.

Are your diffusers safe to run overnight or unattended?

Yes, diffusers can be run overnight. Most have a timer function for peace of mind. Just make sure that steam and water is kept away from electrical outlets.

What's the warranty on my diffuser?

Our diffusers are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects — if something goes wrong that isn't caused by misuse, we'll repair, replace, or refund it. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantee products are of acceptable quality regardless of any additional warranty.

Do I need to buy essential oils separately?

Yes. Essential oils are not sold as bundles with the diffusers. We're working hard to stock a range of our favourite Dark & Diffused Essential Oils, but until we nail the quality and aroma, we won't sell garbage.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you'll be provided with a tracking number for your delivery.
